COMMUNITY COMMITTEES

The Meadowbrook HOA has committees within the community that help enforce the rules stated in the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations, beautify our community and coordinate events for everyone! If you are interested in being on one of the committees, please contact Omni.

Our current Committees are listed below.

ARCHITECTURAL
Chair:  Larry Butka

Larry works with the community and Omni Management Services verifying alteration requests are in accordance with the By-Laws and Rules and Regulations.

Before making changes to the outside of your Town home, Carriage Home or Single-Family Home, you MUST file an alteration request form with the Architectural Committee. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Garage Door Replacement
  • Painting Doors
  • Trees and Shrubs Pruning
  • Decks

Or anything else that has to do with the exterior of your home. The reason for this is to maintain uniformity in Meadowbrook. Everyone has signed an agreement to abide with the guidelines of Meadowbrook. These guidelines were set up by the original builder when they registered Meadowbrook with Washington County. Changes made that do not conform to the rules could be costly to an owner to rectify. Please take the time to file an alteration request BEFORE changing anything to the exterior of your home. The Alteration Request Form can be found on this site in the Forms folder on the Documents & Forms page. Once you have completed the form, please submit it to Omni Management Services.
