No Parking in Service Drives
Please do not park any vehicles for any length of time in the shared townhome service drives. Not only is it against the Rules and Regulations, but it also causes difficulties for construction vehicles, such as the company that sealcoats these drives.
We will be working with North Strabane Township Police to issue tickets to offenders, who also run the risk of fines from the HOA.
